1975 RD350 Headlight / Neutral Indicator Not Working

Hello all! Appreciate any input as to why my headlight and neutral indicator are not working? I am running the Vape system and wonder if I am blowing a fuse, any direction is appreciated

sounds like a fuse or an earth. should be simple to trace the wires and reclip all the connectors and then go from there?

Thanks I'll give it a go, I would like to move to a replacement bulb system but it appears difficult to find the right conversion.
