Re: Athena 392 kits
Use a reputable builder and reseller. Wicked Motorsports comes to mind. they showed a picture of blown up motors that didn't have the proper attention used on those kits. At a minimum the edges need to be cleaned up so they aren't so sharp. Wicked's kit is not that expensive. Wicked use only photos...

Re: Wicked Motorsports HP pipe purchase

Took the crankshaft to my Yamarilla 421 (not started yet) and find the crank wont spin without force from a spanner :( The problem is the labyrinth seal) The other parts Athena cylinders, wiseco pistons, wicked head with thermosta...

Re: 34mm PJ keihin Carbs on 421 Cheetah - Set up
Hi, I'm after some jetting tips for my Yamzuki 421 Cheetah (with pneumatic Power Valves). Basically I've now done about 600 miles on the bike since completing the build and had one dyno session to make sure everything is safe, currently its running great except for it is very rough and spluttery be...

Re: Jetting help **has become a pain in the a**
I need to buy jets... my last biggest jet pair was 370. So next place for shopping will be jetsrus. Also feel like the TM28SS is struggling at high RPM's want to try the TM34SS the RGV/RS250 carbs. Has anyone here tried that before? They will not work on a roadbike. Try to get a pair of TM32 from t...

Re: Rearset interest
I see that Pete did not answer questions so I wrote to Mathias and asked what happens ? This is what he write ! Some of the initial payments has been paid, but not all of it. Pete is still hard to get in contact with. If you want to finish the deals, you are welcome to contact T12 Tech directly and ...

Re: Jetting help
Alright, I took the bike out yesterday...started breaking in with 35pilots and 350mains. The plugs fouled within 5 miles and when I pulled them out, they were wet. So I installed 330main and the started riding around and here is the pic but the plug on the left is from the left cylinder and started...

Re: Rearset interest
So Pete can you give a time frame as to when they will be posted, a week, a month? Hi I talked to Mathias from T12Tech yesterday about the rear sets and he told me they are ready for shipping out but Pete haven't been online for a while and the payment isn't cleared. Is there anyone here that know ...

[quote="motosapien"]Gents, I just finished rebuilding the motor on my bike and installing it, I have even filled premix gas in the tank. Though I have worked on many many RD's, this is the first time I have owned and rebuilt an RZ350 from the scratch. All I want to know is what main and pi...

Re: Rearset interest
Hey Guys. Received my rearset today. They are so well built as everything from T12 Tech (Surgical Precision). It´s only +3 degrees and raining outside so I take better photos another day. Re: Custom throttle cable
Me too... Winner, how did you get the last few mm of travel on the slides for the 34s? Im hoping its just an adjustment issue or laying something in the throttle 'trough' as I just cant quite pull them all the way at the mo. Here is how I did to my PWK 35 without and PJ 34 with oil injection cable....

Re: Which Steering Damper?
120 mm stroke is to short for a street bike.I used my 160 mm Öhlins from my Aprilia RS 250 last summer but change to a WP 145 mm
stroke and TYGA offset steering stop for my TPR yokes.
