Re: VForce 4 reeds
The banshee reeds are 3mm wider but fit perfectly well, bolt pattern is the same, as they are slightly wider the windows are slightly bigger.
I have run the copy v force reeds in my hack bike with no issue, I might be lucky but from others I speak to they say the same.

Re: VForce 4 reeds
The banshee Reed blocks are slightly larger than the RZ, 2mm inner and 3mm on the outside, larger windows, so for optimal performance you might want to change the block as well.

Re: VForce 4 reeds
The genuine ones have rounded corners and the branding on the side of the Reed block, copies have squared corners and no branding, guess the best place to buy them is from a trusted source BP Racing/TDR, I’m from the Uk so don’t really know anyone your side of the pond. Re: RZ350K - whcih boyesen reeds ?
Just be careful what you buy off eBay, there are a lot fake vforce Reeds about, I picked up a pair to try in an old engine for £20.

You’re welcome Rob, team effort - I sent a part to Paul (tacky1), in the parcel was your item, he then posted it on.

That rad looks great, hopefully I will be starting a similar project soon, is there plenty of clearance with fairing on?

Nice job Jon, looks smart.
Can’t believe it’s been on the go for 7 years or so, bet you can’t wait to give it a good thrashing.
