Ok...I took a multimeter and stuck the probes into the pigtail coming off the coil. I had the multimeter set at 200. I got a reading of 1.5. My manual says 0.33 +/-10%. I then took one of the probes out of the pigtail and stuck it into one of the spark plug wires. The multimeter was set at 20k. I go...

Got it. I will do leak test before anything else. I also took the flywheel off to make sure the guy who put this engine together didn't put the timing advance back in. He unknowingly had. It is back to stock now. Thanks to all.
