Removing lower heads

#1 Post by s4oz » Sat Mar 19, 2016 10:52 pm

In order to remove the lower head, is it essential to remove the radiator, or will the head slip off the studs without the radiator interfering?
Thanks
Stefan

Great news, thanks. I am not sure yet if I will remove it. An inspection through the exhaust port revealed a healthy looking barrel in the small area I can see opposite. Still thinking about if to remove it or not.
