Pipe max diameter

Hi Can someone please help me with the max diameter you can fit under the std seat unit?

I think it is more a question of routing than diameter. 100mm work for sure.

Kenny,

It's around 108-110mm. And that's really hugging the frame rails. Toomey's were 110 and he had to 'peen' them around the frame rails for the subframe.

Hi, could you please post some pictures of your, 110mm and 115mm dia pipes so that people can see how they fit up under the seat. Is that using "Stock Yamaha seat and side panels" ? Are the pipe burning into the side panels? As many RZ500 people know there's not much room under that seat for 100mm pipes. I would like to see the picture of the bigger one please.
