Re: Tigcraft.

Cheers for the compliment about my project  The pipes are Swarbrick kit that have been welded up by someone else to 'fit' the frame. They are no more specifically tuned for my bike than any other mildly tuned motor so the tuned length is relevant but not desperate. When I say I can cut and wel...

Re: Tigcraft.

Tigcraft felt that the lower pipes were also too long. I'm not so sure now but there are a few options to shorten them. I can either put shorter silencers on them or I can cut and re-weld and reposition them to take some length out. I will see after I have decided on the seat and tail unit. What do ...

Re: Tigcraft.

There's just something about fitting pipes that makes a 2T a 2T. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/pipes016_zps744dd15b.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/pipes014_zps3c8df3c3.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/pipes013_zps501ffa61.jpg This...

Re: Tigcraft.

Sorry but the tank pictures are a bit rubbish. This is the only better one I have that gives an idea of where it's going. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/tigcraftprogress426_zpsb97fa231.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/tigcraftprogress425_zps75d1dcb0.jpg Ci...

I tried a 916 tank because I fell out of love with the original tank but it clearly needed chopping to get anykind of fitment... http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a257/Blackshaheen/tigcraftprogress305_zps698d1c0c.jpg so...

Re: New bike in stable tomorrow!

What you've got there is about the only 'diesel' I would part with cash for today (except maybe a ZXR750RR). Brilliant!
The '91 GSXR750 was the first bike I got my knee down on...you never forget your first time.
Congratulations on the buy! 3k you say? I think you stole it
