and then sprayed some brakeclean in the carbs :smt018 Be careful with spraying brakeclean in the carbs as it will wash away the oil in the engine. I'm assuming you only gave it a shot. As smurph recommended use only a good quality starting fluid with top cylinder lubricant so as not to do any damage...

Total stock bike. 165 mains, upped the 22.5 pilots to 25's per Tom's advice. Cured the miss/surging at around 5k.

Aaron, I'm no expert by any means but I do recall on mine that all 4 enricher circuits are operable when the choke valve is opened. Can you see any deposits or junk in the bowl circuits? Is it just on 2 of the bowls that there is blockage? It's gotta be something simple as it's pretty much a straigh...

Your correct.........it doesn't matter.
All the output's from the pump are equal. You may want to watch your routing from the pump, through the side cover and to their connections at the reeds. No pinch points!

when the oil pump has been bled would you start it with a bit of premix or just straight pump fuel so it feeds into the lines fully???????? You'll probably get different opinions on adding a bit of premix as I did when I first started mine. I felt is was good insurance to run a little premix untill ...
