i bought a 1975 rd350 after i haven't had one for a few years. i knew something didn't look right with the left engine cover because i could see the counter shaft sprocket. i didn't realize that the previous owner put a rd400 case on the rd350. i didn't figure it out until the engine cover bolt kit i bought bolts were to short for the ignition cover. i have done google searches for the purpose of replacing the case but found nothing. The only thing i can think of is the clutch mechanism is better.
any thoughts?
