R&R Clock Needles

Can anyone detail the process for removing the needles on the gauges?

I started prying them up but it seemed like something was going to break.

I have gauges with perfect faces but faded needles and gauges with messed up faces with perfect needles. Need to swap the parts.

The spoon trick is how I do mine Ken, Also put a microfiber cloth over the needle when you are doing it so the needle doesn't fly up in the air and land on the floor and break!!!!!! Don't ask :P

Use a spoon like a heelbar? Better yet, two spoons, I imagine

Yup. 2 spoons on the little screws that hold the face
