RD350A Fork measurements

Have just joined the forum as I have recently purchased an RD350A and looking to do some conversion work to it .. in the classic cafe racer style.
Will not receive the bike for another month or so as I wait for it to be shipped so unable to take any measurements .
In particular I am looking for the for length and triple clamp measurements... see attached
If anyone can advise these it would be much appreciated .
