LC porting who?

#1 Post by pdxjim » Tue Oct 08, 2019 11:41 pm

After my previous debacle, I'm looking to have another set of LC cylinders tuned.

Likely nothing too drastic.

Blueprint plus a little nip n' tuck here and there. Wide spread midrange tune.

Most of the top guys are in the UK, but shipping back and forth would be a killer.

Who would you choose to do the work?

Bill Wilson

https://wilsonperformance.net/

He rides an RD350LC and RZ500
Active on the 500 side of the forum. Many years experience and very nice work. There was a thread on here, someone had a RZ350 ported by him with impressive results.

I was talking to Ed Erlanbach about this kind of porting. clean up and not much raising the ports to add more usable power. im sending him a set of cylinders as a horse trade for something else. Thanks Jim! He also ports the intake to install YZ85 reeeds in them.

Yep! I've been talking to Ed as well. Glad you guys were able to work something out.

He was really enthusiastic about working on my cyls. Looks like he's the right guy for the job.
