looking for a replacement gas tank cap for an '89rz350. any ideas where to find one. possibly a Chinese reproduction. Thanks

Parts Canada or MotoVan should have one. I bought one through my local Suzuki shop. They may have COVID related supply issues.

I have a couple of these on my bikes and they are identical to stock. Probably where Yamaha get them made.

hmm, im not thinking its an exact copy at all. Ive had copies and originals and they do differ in quality so defo not where yam gets theirs.

The Yamaha one also has Yamaha cast into it.

I guess that logo is important to some. I'm not a purist so I couldn't care less. The couple of caps I have fit perfectly and seal well. Most Yamaha parts are made in China not Japan and they will put any logo you want on anything. Cranks, reed valves etc. They will make any part you want and badge it accordingly. Can you tell us where the Yam caps are defo made then?
