RZ350 Engine Overhaul/Rebuild

Has anyone got any recommendations for engine overhaul/rebuild services?

The standard engine is out of the frame already and would not need too much work to get it ready to ship to a rebuilder. The bike currently has a race engine installed but it has been highly modified and is missing a whole bunch of electrical components as well as the YPVS system has been taken off the bike. Bike has a history as a Bonneville landspeed racer and the plan is to restore the bike back to street legal with the original engine and some minor customization: frame and bodywork paint job, custom exhaust and single seat.

Forgot to add that I live in St Peters, MO but shipping to a reputable builder is not a problem.
