Where to watch WSBK

#1 Post by Badass » Sat Mar 02, 2019 7:54 pm

Where the heck do I watch WSBK these days? I see some stuff about it but none of it makes any sense, I hate the internet! and I hate the way television has become. I loved to be able to sit down on the weekend and watch some motos, and now it's a never ending search for these things online. Screw basket ball and the likes, I want Motorcycle racing on mainstream tv.

I subscribed to Bein sports through my Roku box, I subscribe to Sling TV and Bein is a $5 add on, Well worth it, You get the full races, interviews, pre race, everything, I record it and skip the bits I don't watch.
Its 1000 times better than the crap Speed TV used to put out, That had to have been the worst coverage ever, Nothing but furkin advertising and BS through the racing....

So it's still on Bein sports! Comcast Xfinity don't seem to have that anymore, arggg, I threw out the new lineups because I thought I didn't care. I did a search on Xfinity site and did not see Bein Sports so I assume it is no longer offered, but their search engine is horrible.

Yeah, it's probably better streaming or whatever, but it would be nice if it was on cable with full coverage. I don't like my tv watching to get that techy. I'll double check to see if Bein is available on Xfinity.

It’s not available on xfinity, dish or directv. My brother has xfinity and he called and no go. So he logs in on my family plan. Streaming is the only way.
Really hard to get decent Motorsport coverage in this country.

Thanks tacky1, that saves me a call to those irritating people on the help lines. I'm going to look into Sling and Roku today.

Does this require a Smart TV? I have a somewhat modern Flat Screen but not a smart tv.

You don't need sling to watch Bien, I use Sling as my cable TV and Bein is an add-on,

The best way is to buy a Roku stick, It will plug into a HDMI port on your TV and Bien as an App and you are good to go,

Roku has a lot of Free TV and Movies...

Plug in your Roku, follow the prompts and it will walk you through setup, Remove any of the Apps you will not use, They put in a lot on the home page.
I edited mine down to just the ones I watch, This is easier done on the computer or phone that using a remote...

Bien: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/1 ... connect-us

I'll look into it, so bizarre that we can watch tv through a little plug in device.
