I will be using the TM28SS carbs from TZR 1KT/2MA, as they are downdraft carbs the left one touches the clutch pusher, also I thought the pilot jet circuit wont work well with the weird angle so did the angled spacers for the reeds.

I was too lazy to take photos...started the bike today finally so made a short video with a retarded friend who stopped in the middle. Bike is running nice still minor adjustments needed here and there but overall its come out pretty decent. Here's the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euDyXqPjJcg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also want to thank you all for all the help and support!

Hi,

Your motor looks great! I'm just about to pull mine apart for a refresh. I'm curious, what kind of paint did you use?

Hello, I got everything bead blasted primed it and gave couple of coats of black pain all were high temp VHT paint and primer. For the cylinder I polished with wire brush then washed it with soap and water. For the finish I used VHT high temp clear coat and surprisingly its still holding the color n sheen. Hope the info helps. Also please dont forget to wash the bead blasted parts thoroughly with water.

All the paint supplies are available at the nearest AUTOZONE.

Thanks
