Long overdue kudos to a couple of Great Guys

#1 Post by rztom » Thu May 01, 2008 10:36 am

I've been meaning to put up this post for some time, so I'm gonna finally get off my ass and "git 'er done..." :smt045

Those of you who have been members of our community for more than 6 months will certainly remember how poorly our website was running late last year. I had to do something before it totally melted down.

Two of our members here stepped up behind the scenes and did a tremendous job helping out in improving our situation, and I can't thank these two guys enough for their work. The site improved markedly, and is running fast and smooth now without the glitches and crashes we were experiencing before.

So everyone, please give a tip of the helmet to Jeff Mills (hybrid) and Steve Murphree (smurph).... :smt024

Thanks so much - without your help... well I just don't want to think what might of been. Job well done!! :smt023

Felipe - you don't have to link off-site for those smilies anymore - I finally got them installed.... [smilie=wink.gif]

So, since we're giving them out here - more kudos to Hellmanns for providing us with a nice, new selection of smilies to choose from so we can spice up this forum some more..!! [smilie=59.gif]

You're welcome my friend!

HUUMMMMMM I didn't see them before, but, I noticed that you changed the primary emoticons... Can you put the commons use on the first row? will be more easy to find them, now we have a HUGE wonderful selection [smilie=wink.gif]

agreed! this is the best site goin.
most other sites the posters are always at odds with one another. here is a more helpful and friendly atmosphere.

thanks for the hard work to keep things running smoothly without loosing all the old posts!
