What speed does that thing top out at?
Tops out at about 55 if I'm going down hill. Otherwise it's anywhere between 45-50mph on the flats, depending on wind and other factors.

Lots of fun to ride balls out, wide open all the time though :smt026

Is the Go Pro suction cup mounted on a vertical or articulating arm stalk to top of gas tank? I like the angle of the view. I always enjoy your videos!

This view is a mount on an L bracket where the key switch is attached to the triple. I'll take a pic of it.

Yesterday I tested out my new RAM mount mounted to the left side frame below the tank. The RAM mount is very cool and I will look at more options for it. No more shaky video.

I started editing but have not finished yet.

Maybe finish it and post today. :smt006

Here are the 2 mounting configurations I have used. The sheet metal brkt in the first config has a 1/8" alu angle brkt (not seen in pic) attached under it for more support (less shake).

Every video I have posted so far used the first one which overlooks the gauges.

The next video you see (it's almost done posting on youtube) uses the new RAM mount on the left side.

Yesterdays production. This is using the RAM mount attached to the frame.

No riding today. Big surprise party for my better half. :smt003

Lovely as usual. I miss the rpms climbing though. Thats one of the best things about seeing a 2 stroke, the needle dancing.

Good stuff man! I ride with a buddy who has a Z1000 and he still has the stock Star Wars lookin ray gun cans on them. My buddies is so quiet when I'm riding its almost eerie, but Framemakers sound good. Interesting seeing a vid shot from this angle. I still havent ordered any mounts. Are you happy with the RAM mount, would you recommend? Thanks for takin' me on a ride today!! :smt003

reddog, yes I really like the RAM mount and highly recommend it. It is infinitely adjustable. The GoPro mounts seem very flimsy and cheap. Not so adjustable without buying alot more mount pieces.

Here is another video from last Sunday. Nothing spectacular but real good music.

Also on 7/20/13 but on this ride I chose to use the uber rare RZ350 "0 emissions option".

I was inspired to turn this on by the Tesla car rally I got in to the middle of last Sunday.

To my knowledge only a few RZ350's were built with this option. :smt023

I like the zero emission option! It reminds me of the gravity race's we've done before..
