At one time I thought I wanted a TDR. That one makes me want one less.
Red/White US '84, Spec II pipes, Y-boot w/K&N, Fox Shock, Mikuni carbs?

My first affordable RZ500 , I paid only $600. for it and would buy another one today .

An affordable rz500, at least you have one. great pictures.
Also always wanted a TDR as well. last one I saw up for sell was at windbell.ca grey bike imports in North Van. went for a ton of cash.
Still reckon pulling a POS out of the ashes and doing your best is better than buying someone elses franken bike.
1985 Canadian Rz350. Restored with collector plates. Stock VM26, Triumph Calipers, Galfer brake lines. Brand new DG’s, 260 main, 22.5 pilot jet. Economy pre-load adjusters. Ohlins shock. Oem Banshee crank.

bugger me zed thats what i call "persistent neglect"
but worth $600 all day long just in parts.
350LC,Athena 392 big bore,stock porting,swiss cheese air box,stock reeds,spec11 pipes.(now TSA big bore pipes)
She might not be pretty but she will always be a fun ride

I had to post my POS here as well. Out in the weather for many years and the pipes filled with water. Needed a torch, block of hard wood, big hammer, 2 cans of liquid wrench and 3 days to crack her open. Transmission is just like new though, go figure!!!

To be honest Im amazed the flywheel came off so cleanly, thats usually my issue with rusty motors :/
