Ever since I installed the adjustable preload fork caps, the forks have been too stiff.

Pulled out the adjuster screws and gave them the chop. Will test tomorrow.

So, the custom side covers aren't made for the RZ350/Banshee. I knew that.

Trying to get the manufacturer to make them to fit the RZ.

Haven't had much luck, yet.

So, far- $3,000 usd for 10 covers, or $1,000 usd for 1. I only need one cover for my daily RZ350. Willing to spend about $100 usd, that's about it.

He charges a lot less for his Harley covers and custom covers in sizes he's already using. I'm trying to inform him that there's a good aftermarket for Banshee parts, so we'll see what happens.

" Hey man,
Just wanted to touch base with you. I’m busy with production work right now. When I free up, I will look over the quad cover. If to much time passes and you want it back, just let me
know.
Thanks,
Mark"

When I was looking at cable adjusters for my supermoto project, I got an idea to improve the ugly-ass chain adjusters on this bike.

Out with the old:

I like the adjuster nuts. Will get some polished stainless bolts.

I agree wholeheartedly with you on swapping these out. The OEMs are rough as hell even when new, it was a cheap solution for sure.

Hard to believe no one sells polished stainless adjusters.
