How do they compare? I'm not a fan of the lack of quality control over there. I've machined a lot of Chinese $h!t steels and alloys, and frankly, I don't trust it. For good reason.

OEM jets were +1 to 1.5, Chinese were +3 to +5 but one jet measured +9

+9 microns? What size jet is that in the pic? Did you measure the difference between 2 jet sizes (OEM), curious what the diameter change is between sizes.

OEM 148 vs Chinese 148, OEM measured 149.5 and Chinese measured 158.06 which is little over 90microns (Keihin Main jet numbers are their diameter)

Wow, that's 14% more area for the cheap ones, vs 2% for stock. Imagine if you had one of each trying to get it to run nice. Thanks for the info.
