That's looking great! Trim the tank tab off the right side of the tank and grind the area of the rear foot pegs off to the exhaust mounts. Silver cans on the exhaust. Just awesome.

Thanks all. Rory, thanks for the suggestions. I may take them this winter but for now I think its time to ride instead :)

I may have some clearance issues with the upper to the front fender to work out...otherwise its almost done.

Windscreen is on and jetting is just about right. Ended up at 190's with the 32 or 34's that are on the bike. Running excellent. Pulls through 10k without slowing which is all I want to hammer the motor before I shift.

Needs steering damper added and some street gear to make legal.

Should be able to put up a few pictures in the coming days.

I assume you are using the Airtech windscreen? I have always wondered if they interchanged with another bike or TZ in case you had to source a replacement. The bike looks great.

Wow. That rearsets looks very nice but a lot of grinding! Think I may rhino liner them black. Would powder coat but pain to get those bushings out.

Aluminum doesn't grind very nice, it need to be cut. That was all done by hand, started with a hacksaw and curved tooth body file to get there faster.

Few with the windshield installed. The windshield arms on the upper are far too wide on the airtech molds but it is what I have to work with. Not the biggest fan of how the windshield fits but it is required. Running 190 jets and bike runs great finally. Was going to get out for a good shake down today but we have snow.
