I've bought a jack up kit for my LC and am after something similar for my YPVS,
Has/Does anyone know if these are available.
I've never seen them before and thought if anyone will know you lot will.

i am using this kit on my 443..... it raised it quite a bit.... need additional feet on center stand..... no side stand for me.... pipes... etc...

Put an R6 shock on it, that'll give you an inch or so and work better than stock to boot.

There was a guy in Perth doing cnc suspension kits or some such.Saw it on gumbytree bout 400 bucks....

R6 has been problematical for some who have found the spring a bit soft, others havent, no one seems to know why. see my website, RZ upgrades for info on the conversion.

I think mine was about 2002, horizontal reservoir. You can compare spring rates on RaceTech's website. I think later R1 were similar style, but the vertical reservoir ones will interfere with the swingarm. It isn't a direct bolt in, you have to swap some bushings and maybe notch the upper mount on the frame for clearance, but pretty straight forward. If cost is no object go with Aarons suggestion, it is a direct bolt in and a far better shock, but more than 5 times the price. I think the early 2000's ones were around 500 lb/in springs, pretty close to stock RZ rate. I am over 200 lbs and it works fine for me, but the rates are not consistent over model years and some of the R1's were softer so do your homework.Benno #03 wrote:Rusty,

They are a direct copy of the NK racing kits, but he just adds more on the price.
He is the same merchant that buys the pipes off import monster, then advertises them for three times the price on gumtree.
