Q about R/W/B. What gets Painted What?

I am in the middle of a restore of a R/W/B USA 84 RZ350.

My question: Is the centerstand and kickstand colored black or red?

I am thinking it is black from the info I can pull from the web.

I just do not understand why it is not the red frame color if the above is true..

Same stands for all the RZ and one color , 83-84 and 85 red framed are all black .
