Has anyone created ducting for the radiator on a full fairing bike?

why? Even that tiny radiator buried in the fairing works ok in most climates... if youve different forks and a huge front guard then you might do something, but otherwise no real need.

I was looking at a friends late model TZ250 recently and noticed that they had gone to great pains to manage the air into the radiator. Any air that didn't go around the outside of the fairing was going through the rad, it had no other place to go. There was even a thin plastic skirt around the top of the forks and a matching piece attached to the lower triple clamp that slid against it so no air could leak out the top.
Having said that, Jon's statement is correct for the stock setup. An aftermarket rad and 50 deg. thermostat will go along way if you are running hot.
