Mystery Bottom Yoke

Had this bottom yoke a while back with a bunch of parts
The bottom yoke is exactly like an RGV 250 for the upside down forks but the stem is much longer and has a spacer under the bottom taper bearing

Anyone know what it's from ?
I would definitely say it's Suzuki

Maybe someone has swapped the stem into an RGV yoke for a hybrid. The spacer under the bottom bearing would suggest that as a possibility.

The bottom yoke is exactly the same dimensions as a Suzuki RGV 250 part
It's just that the stem is much longer
