Aragon results SPOILER

#1 Post by Questo vecchio rz » Sun Sep 24, 2017 12:45 pm

Looks like a still young Marquez is on his possibly way to a 6th world title...only 3 behind Rossi now

Damn, that Marquez. Proved once again he's likley the fastest racer on the grid. Rossi rode to a valiant 5th place with a broken leg, no doubt.
Lorenzo made good use if the Ducati,as well.
Dovi disappointed, and now has lost a little touch w Marquez for championship title points, however hes a DNF and a win away, from getting back into the title chase, Honda likley is spending .... millions yo try to secure another title, It's what they do. Sure would be nice to see the "Underdogs" Ducati pull off a upset.
If you can call VW/Audi a underdog....lol

Yea, I guess even putting spoiler in the title is not enough for some. Anyway, agree that the title is Marquezs' to lose. Honda got their electronics figured out before Yamaha and Marquez has to revert to his younger days to lose and I doubt he will.

Great race at Motegi even though it was in a downpour. If you have it on delay, you should watch.

I read about it...I love racing in the heavy rain...exciting! Heard the last lap was phenomenal. I've always like international racing as in the States...they do not race in the wet. Good thing too as 90% of American tracks were flat out unsafe even in the dry

Racing in the rain and mud is always my best chance at bringing home a statue. Was a great race. Dovi's talent was a long time surfacing in the premier class. Always being #2 hurts a career.

What I enjoyed is that Dovizioso has learned not to let Marquez bounce off him and make the turn.

Lorenzo gets quite upset when he gets used as a berm. Hah!

I haven't commented in a while but there have been 2 races since Motegi. Phillip island was one of the best of the year. It was looking like Moto3 toward the end. Sepang was in the wet. When did Lorenzo learn to ride in the rain? So Marquez has 21 points on Dovizioso heading for the last race at Valencia in 2 weeks. What a season.
