Doubtful but there's always hope.

This has potential to be Lorenzos finest hour, if he waits for Rossi he will also become a legend.

Markez can have the race win, that's if he can stay upright and beat Danny, who is in his usual end of season top form. no one will give a fuck anyway.

I enjoyed seeing Marquez being bitch slapped.................for a few seconds until the reality that the best season in memory had become inexorably buried under a metric ton of bullshit. Damn Valentino why couldn't ya just catch him in the hallway and deliver a beat down after the race?

And Lorenzo is never up for a fair fight. Which I find a mystery as he's more than capable of one.

Kinda got that feeling after Rossi put him down in the beginning of the season. After that, it seemed Marquez attitude was, " if I can't have it neither can you "!
Classic old lion vs new but the old lion is supposed to be smarter than that.
He didn't just ruin that race but also his shot at his 10th title.
Fuckin' dummy.
Can't remember a better 4t season though.

Things are getting out of control. Apparently Marquez was attacked by a bunch of mad Italians and romour has it Yamaha is gonna dump Lorenzo for his attitude towards the entire debacle. MotoGP has gone off the rails.

Exciting is one thing..........a fucking soap opera is another. Great, just fucking great.

It appears the assault thing has some truth to it. However I doubt Yamaha will dump Lorenzo over his being an asshole. They've put up with him this long, not like that's a recent transformation.

F1 has become a boring 200MPH freight train populated with a bunch of peacocks and now MotoGP turned into an afternoon soap opera. Well there's still World Rally and Australian V8 Supercars. For now.

you say this because of this article http://m.autoevolution.com/yamaha-rumor ... 01409.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?

it's not because it's on the internet, that it's true.
if it runs, you can race it !

Never accepted article as fact but it would be welcomed by many
As far as crazy fans go..that nothing new at all, Europeans are fuc#ing nuts over their sports and their sports idols. Its far more of a personal relationship/connection than here in N. America.
The U.S. struggles to find a audience, attendance is so poor that we try to mask it with 3 day "weekend" attendance totals. Where in the other regions attendance is usually 80-90,000 people are there on race day! I do not think we have had an attendance record like that since the 1980s and 90s. And many of the countries are far worse off economically than the U.S. That alone speaks for their fans. There just not sports heros there Idols and family and they are fiercely loyal to their fellow countrymen. IMO Valentino's chances are zero from starting at the back of the grid I have seen only one rider in the last decade win from proverbial last place and that was Marquez. No matter what Rossi will not win Valencia they wont let it happen, I can see Marc leading and just pull over and let Lorenzo pass and then giving Valentino the finger.
