Thinking about selling my RZ350 1985 ....would like opinions

I almost have tears in my eyes as I am thinking of selling my bike.
For health and age reason , I rode the bike only 2 times last summer..
The registration and insurance cost here in Quebec is quite high too.
So I would like advices on the price that I can ask for it and where is a good place to put the ad.

IT's a
RZ350R 1985 canadian
Honda F4 rear shock
2 sets of pipes = 1 DG
= 1 stock
rear original body part
1 extra side fairing panel
1984 fuel tank, but I have the 1985 decals
50,000 km , but engine rebuilt 5,000 km ago

air intake and carbs have not been modified

I am located in Montreal,Quebec , Canada

Personally I think you should consider donating it to another enthusiast who will admire it and treat it with tender loving care.

185FSorry to hear about your health. I am currently having some health problems myself. I was out working on my bike the other day and thinking "how much longer can I keep riding my RZ". I hope its a long while before I have to sell. Great looking bike!! I'm sure some of the Canadian members can steer you in the right direction. Just don't forget (if you're able) to get out and ride it a few times before you say goodbye... Good luck!!

From experience , at $2500. they don't sell in Québec .You can try Kijiji and Les Pacs , April and May is the best time for selling , it's getting dead after that .

You can sell the rear fairing for $300.-$500 on ebay all day long , the pipes on this forum for $200-$250. and the side panel for $75.-$100. if in good condition.

A cheaper stock bike will be easier to sell localy . Try $2250. without the extra and stick to it so you could get almost $3000.in the end .

My first bike was a 1985 rz 350 bought it when I was 15 fixed it up over the winter and was riding it in the spring just 16 . That was 22 years ago now I am very interested in your bike. Looks great and i will be about 45 min north of Kingston in 2 weeks maybe you could pm your number and we could talk that would be great thanks Brett.This is a really cool sight brings back such great memories!
