My YSR-50s...

#1 Post by turbo2nr » Sat Aug 04, 2012 6:12 pm

I have Five of these little Smoke-Bombs.

Two have Yamaha Blaster 240cc motors.

One is low mile original (Skyway Blue, like an RZ)

Some are Rossi replicas....

My 71yr old dad riding a motorcycle for the very first time in his life.
(He died from ALS 1/2 year later) He was only 5'4" and bike fit him well!

The Vito's 240cc head is almost wider than the little YSR frame.

TONS of mods to be able to use this motor. Custom wiring, Frame mods, Swingarm, Pipe, etc....

34HP on tap in a bike that weighs 1/2 of an RZ with shorter wheelbase = FUN!! :smt002

The White bike and Yellow has this motor.

Too expensive to re-create in todays economy, and none are for sale.

Market sucks for sellers. Now is time to buy! LOL

Those things look like a riot. They sold them in Canada as street legal bikes. I've always wanted to try one but at 6'1" I'd look like one of those circus clowns.

They are really cool and I'd love to have one. I think I'd let my kids learn to ride on them in a lot somewhere. But for what they are getting in price, don't know that it would be worth while.
