Way to be Dog!! Nice pic, the bike looks sweet with the 1/4 plastic.

Tomorrow almost 80 degrees down here, you should get some of that up in your neck of the woods....Enjoy man!!!

Went on my first group ride today. A guy had been posting on CL for a couple months trying to put some rides together. So, I started messaging him & today was the first ride. About 20 bikes showed up. I had the smallest, the oldest, the least HP, the lightest, the lowest MPG, etc, etc (I got no trophys or ribbons). But I had a ton of fun. I was the only 2 stroker there. Which was ok but was hoping there would be another. The older guys pined away about the 2T they used to have and the young guys didn't know what the hell it was..Weather was great, no tickets and no downed riders and made a few new friends (rare for me, I am practically a hermit)...

Got a Gopro about a week ago & thought I'd share my 1st video. Its a little crude. I am learning Gopro, Adobe Elements 10 & a Android smrt phone (got them all in the past week). I am gadget-ed out!! Simple flick. I Gopro'd into town today & met my Wife as she was getting off work. Put the cam in her car and went home. I think I'm gonna have alot of fun with this thing....Thanks for the comments guys, You need one of these Aaron so we can see that stroker in action!!

Got the pipes from Roger today. Spent about an hour each side putting them on. I did have to hammer but not much. The left side I got a little frustrated. The lug for the sidestand bolt is huge. I wound up taking my kickstand off. I'm gonna look into some other kickstand options.. Love :smt007 them pipes!! Then I fired her up!! Heres a rough video of her.. Not the best pic either, filthy, busted turn signal etc, getting late I had to put her up for the night...Took the bike out a couple times I heat cycled her 3 times...I put 11 miles on her today... Tomorrow after I drop my daughter at daycare :smt020 ... Thanks too all you guys that helped me on this motor... Right now its got 421cc Athena, V-Force Reeds, Wicked Pipes, Stock Iggy (for now) TM32s with 300 mains, 40 pilots, Clip on 2nd groove up from the bottom.....

Yea LB theres a bit of a learning curve. That "Old Folk on The 2 Stroke" got it figured out pretty good. I just stuck the "curved mount" on the side and rolled with it, but I wish it was a little further to the front. My hardest part is getting footage I think is good enough & then using Adobe (thats where I really need to learn). Anyway, I'll give you a quick update on my bike. Its got 20 something miles on it now. Yesterday I took the side off to adjust the clutch pusher again & when I put everything back together and was ready to roll the left cylinder werent firing. Dicked around with it till late & put it up for the night. Got up early cleaned left carb runs great. Took it out on the road I let it come on the pipe a few times but not real hard and shifted soon after. I can definitely tell this things got some nuts now. :smt003 I will take it out later this evening, maybe I'll try & get some vid.. I got it runnin pretty rich now but not ready to make any changes just yet. I live in Vermont and if anyone knows a trustworthy tuner near me let me know, PM is fine... That 7mm stroker is gonna rock Aaron!! I think you are gonna fall in love again..real soon :smt020

Dog, I'll be up to your place this weekend to thrash it, I mean, test it out for you :smt003 :smt003

Looks really good man, keep us posted on ride reports. Would love to hear some non BS opinions on the power differences from your bike to a tuned stock cylinder bike.

Thanks
Pete

Clearance on the center stand is perfect. Aaron your bike is gonna be awesome.. My bike is only +4, No port, Stock ignition, stock type intake boots & I am very impressed. Thanks Pete, your not too far away... I got 90 miles on it now. My old motor ran good (at least I thought so) but this one is different animal. The Torque is the first thing I noticed, it pulls like train compared to the other one. Its lifted the front tire in 3rd a bunch of times & 4th a couple. I still ain't never seriously caned the thing, but I am sooo looking forward to the day I do :smt003
Video is not that exciting but thought I would share it anyway. Couple runs up to about 8k, maybe 3/4 throttle...

woohhooo!!! It runs! Sounds a tad fat down low possibly a needle clip djustment. or Air screw out 1/2 to full turn more. Glad to see you put this together with out much difficulty. Many think it's a giant challenge wich personally it's a walk in the park compared to a stock RZ. The thing sound sweet...! CAn't wait to see this thing when you hammer the gas and pull from 5K to 10,500 when you mash on the throttle. Then we can see Sky and road or a power wheelie all the way threw the gears :smt003

Thanks for being patient and picking up the stuff from us reddog952

I think I had 280 mains in that video.. I'm at 260s, 40 pilots, clip in groove #2. I got about 200 miles on her no and letting her rip now.... I don't know about them wheelies just yet.. 2nd gear comes up so fast it makes my head spin...lol.. It's a different bike, gonna take a little while to get used to it... For now I am lovin it, just hoping I dont get any tickets. Yep Roger you are right, this was first time I ever split the cases on any motorcycle and it was easy. I just took my time, lots of pics and got some good advice from members here like you , Silverstrom, Cookie, JonW, Aaron, MBsteve, and probably a few others I am leaving out. You guys all rock :smt023
