Done many trips with the GPZ 1000 RX of 700 kilometers back and forth to our village house this summer
( five weekends ) boy those carbs drink too much gas .

Bike performs great though with good handling !!!!!
although she's a 1987 model at full throtle speedo showed me 265 kilometers imagine having this bike new in 1987....





Too many fours on the bike's meter.



And today Saturday 17/Sept/2016 , here I am on the RSV4 rf. Speedo showed 298 kilometers and there was some more.

So I will back up my previous post.
Regarding the RSV4rf I have very few words and maybe my knowledge is poor to describe this bike but
such as handling ( ohlins ) , performance , braking monoblock brembo , feeling , electrics & that deep exhaust music of that V4 engine is something else.

Breaking in the engine was done very carefully , I rode alone early morning hours such as 04:00 1st to avoid summer heat over 40 Co
for coolnesss and most important not to get carried away and accelerate the bike to hell from my riding mates.
1000 kilometers were completed with not over reving from 6500 rpm. First check of the bike and change oil / filter , folding holder plate installed ,
clear rear light with indicators.
Aprilia dealer said not to rev the bike over 11500 - 12000 rpm until 5000 kilometers then I will install race ECU and full Acrapovic exhaust system.

So here goes , you will observe that I try to avoid high rpm's
