Art,
Your bike looks great, good job. The Acewell guage seems functional and cool -did you have to fiddle around to make the speedo work? (that is; add magnets for the sensor to work?) I'm not sure if I want to go the R1 route like smurph did or just get an Acewell. Appreciate your input.
Also, are you interested in making another clear cover?

If it has tits or wheels, it'll give you trouble...

Thank's
Dave
The bike is very comfy. I want for the first ride tonight. I forget how fun 2 stroke street bikes are
I used three bond 1211 to seal the lexan to the side cover and it works great.

The DGs work fine. It's a pretty good pipe. They pull well to 10K. But the cans are kinda cheap and they are riveted on making packing them a royal pain.
Run the stock cans as long as they hold out and then replace them with Toomey cans when they are done for. You can get the Toomey cans from their website. Do NOT pay retail price for a used Toomey can on eBay. I can't even count the number of times I've seen a beat up Toomey can go for $60.00 plus on eBay.
