1984 USA 84 RZ350L
I picked this up over the summer, it looked perfect cosmetically but was in need of some mechanical attention since it would not run for more than a few minutes and had a fluid leak or leaks.
Bad gas, leaky petcock, too much oil on the air-filter, fried ground wires, all contributing factors.
I took most of the bike apart and rebuilt, repaired or replaced all the usual suspects.
Neutral switch-cover, clutch cable, tach cable, oil pump, petcock, chain, sprockets, wiring, bulbs, battery, coolant and hoses, wheel bearings, grommets, various seals and o-rings, bulbs. The list got pretty deep as everything I touched seemed to be leading to another parts order. The end result was satisfying...
