RZ/RD 350 & Misc. 2-Stroke Tech BBS

g'day race fans. Thought i'd post some pictures of my recently acquired australian delivered 1988 rz250r. The bike has a fresh engine with 2nd over oem pistons, new crank shaft, ported 1xg barrells, adjustable timing plate running +4 degrees, tdr reeds with reed block spacers.yboot with k&N filter & battery eliminator.
The front brake master cylinder has been swapped for a kawasaki zx6 unit. the rear shock has been replaced with a r6 shock. The bike rides very good and the engine performs well for a 250. At the moment i just wish to tidy it up for rego and ride it as is over the summer. I had never seen one before this one. i like the custom solo seat and black rims with rim tape. I do hope to find some better Indicators and mirrors over the dated originals. pics

Bike came with it. I don't mind it. It is comfortable. where i live registration is half price with a solo seat.

i saw a red n white one (hump seat)that i thought looked good but each to there own.

Seats are very marmite, I have a gully on my LC and its a pointless seat for a passenger, and it looks like a banana if Im honest, but I think it completes the look of the bike, but i bet not everyone likes them.
