Collected bits n' pieces to rebuild a set of LC cigars but noted the hangers added look like the 1st day project in welding class. Probably functional but ugly. Looking for a set of hangers, if someone has replacements to make it look stock, or suggestions how to fabricate a set.

Appears that the hangers are compsite of 2 halves; found a set to copy off - suspect the thickness is 18 gauge. Time to template, cut, grind and tap into shape. The cupped bends on the outter half, below the hanger holes, will be the challange.

Need a left and right Nigel. Rather than shipping pipes, is it possible to just ship the hangers? I can grind off any residual. I'll figure out the shipping. If the Royal Post is affordable compared to a rebuild, I'll send the postage to your ebay account - I'll sorta recall you having one when I bought the engine cover screws, correct?
Cheers, Scott

I'll cut the hangers off & get a price for shipping.
Paypal will be fine.

Nigel:

Any chance of you doing another batch of green engine sidecover screws sometime this winter?

[smilie=dunno.gif] I need another set for another bike.

Sorry, no more screws & no intentions of having more plated.
