Roger ain't my friend..but he's a friend if the 2 stroke community. And I saw what he's offering to quite a few of us...His red RZ ...just flat out .."ROCKS".
Credit is due, where credit is due. He's the "only" one doing what he's doing..It is what it is, perhaps crude to some...but its a strong motor. I've ridden a friends Banshee with one of their motors. 107 real h.p.!...SICK.
Don't really want to step on toes but I'd rather everybody works together here has a community. I have heard it from every 2-stroke tuner on the face of the planet that I've dealt with they all have an agenda against each other it's a competitive nature it's cool I understand but sometimes it's not fun to read but it's all good. It's good that all.. contribute and it's all welcome ...best wishes to all ?

Good for him I wish him all the best, but you can't take away some of his silly idea's and recommendations like a spacer under the cylinders and flames in the headers :smt002

I'd add round shaped O-ring grooves to that list.

I've had good and not good experiences with him.

I definitely notice over years that his knowledge and skill have grown tremendously. It's obvious from the volume of nice projects coming out if his shop that he's doing something right.

I thought the technique of using a spacer under the cylinder went away years ago, when he started manufacturing heads with his own CNC machine.

This still makes me nervous.

I have 2 custom heads. One is installed, but not used yet.

Haven't checked the o-ring grooves, but I have a bad feeling....

I don't think he does that any more. :smt003

The spacer plate under the cylinders thing has me puzzled? As he & I talked about my Banshee and RZ motors. I said my intentions were to build correctly w no spacer, and he confirmed and said yeah, that's (not) the way to do it. The said Banshee I spoke of above, has Serval cylinders and No spacers plate. But Port work was accomplished by Cam @ REDLINE. His work just...rocks. Roger assembled that motor for the guy I know.
We all know it (spacer)can be done for people on budgets....but doing it the right way, is just so much better.

Weren't the flames in the exuast port..just for drunken shits n giggles?
I've no clue what his intentions may have been?? ...but it was funny?

Good day to everyone, make the most of it.
