I will get a better picture of that for you. It is a 04-06 R-1 front end. The handle bar clamps are off a 2000 KTM 250 EXC. I had to drill holes in the top clamp, use aluminum stock and poly nuts on the under side of top clamp. Had to use aluminum stock on top too. I should of welded them on but it ...

Thank You I will need a electronic dash, any suggestions, I would like the vapor but not sure which one to buy, they have many to chose from, and they are not sure what will meet my needs. Which are similar to the stock instrument cluster. Thanks Tony D

Clutch cable hooked up, carburetor installed, oil lines and throttle cables hooked up. Power valve servo motor bolted up. That's all for today, back at it in a couple of days.

where do I start. my RZ350 is a rolling chassy, R1 front and TZ rear, the engine is installed. I have all the parts I think. now I need to put this RZ together, ie oil lines and oil tank, I have the Zeeltronic iggy and PW controller, Radiator, wiring battery ect. i need to put a brake line from my Yamaha rear master cylinder to the Suzuki caliper. Spiegler brake lines will make a brake line. I need to order the length and banjo fittings. 1st I am onto the carb, then brakes, wiring ect.
