Website is dead. Not sure if I should keep posting here. So many good friends, though.

Re: New member saying hello,

Welcome.

You can find a good RZ. They're getting expensive, though. Where are you located? GA?

Re: Give Me Your Opinion of this Custom Two-Stroke

Couldn't sleep again. Stayed up for hours looking at pics and videos posted by Jay. There's a lot of stuff out there, if you search. Found (I think) 703 pics/videos on Flicker. Not sure how to download pics from there. I've never been a member of any social media website. What a motherload! Jay as a...

Re: Front Subframe Spacing collar 9038706249

I agree that based on the part number, the bolt is probably 35mm.

I would also guess that the collar is 24.9mm, based on the part number.

Bike was dirty and front fender wasn't on, but I grabbed a couple of pics of the gold titanium hardware. More coming soon. https://i.postimg.cc/wMRgrBCx/20240131-121303.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/6Qhr7W1Q/20240131-121143.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/jj8GHbDs/20240131-121011.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/jjZrMf...

Re: 1981 RD350LC for sale on BAT

Prices on these old bikes are through the roof, nowadays. Was surprised to see what looks like a decent bike at this price. Read all the info. Get down to the last bit, and find out there's no title for the bike. How can that be? Has it been stolen??? Also, why wouldn't the owner go to the DMV and g...

Re: Pitbike Supermoto

I downloaded the first pic. That's a keeper! Started looking for more pics, and found your racing videos which were posted before I joined this forum. I have always appreciated your knowledge and help with my projects, and with real life issues- but I didn't know you raced bikes. I've not been aware...

Re: Pitbike Supermoto

What ever happened with this bike?

Did you do track days, or just hooligan out on the streets? :smt003

Got any pics?

Re: wheel swap?

Sounds like you're willing to pay the regular price for the custom wheels, and you just need the fitment specs.

There are some knowledgeable and generous folks around here, who can help with the specs. Also, the search button is your best friend.

Re: Combustion residue patterns

Was looking at your pics and started wondering if indexing the spark plugs would be a good idea.

I know how to index plugs, but not sure if it's different on 2-stroke engines.

Any opinions?

Would also be good to see a shot of the whole head to compare the position of the burn patterns.

Re: Give Me Your Opinion of this Custom Two-Stroke

Info from Lex. 1. There is no 750cc motor. The bike still has the H1 500cc engine. For the most part the motor is stock save for a breakerless ignition and shop made wire harness. 2. The XJ is no longer green, it's black and silver except for the tail cone remains unpainted. 3. The new riveted alumi...
