Re: New RZ 350 Transmissions & Parts

Motoholic71: Yes the #1 issue is the bronze bushing. The one I have seen go bad the most is 5th gear pinion . The one just after the fixed 1st gear on the main shaft. That one destroys the main shaft. With the current supply issues and Taiwan tension I have paused this project. On our new engines I ...

Re: New RZ 350 Transmissions & Parts

I search daily for RZ transmissions and rarely do I find one and they are getting expensive as well. We are getting set up to have complete RZ based engines and was going to use the bulk of the transmissions for that application. Cases being made now and all the other components are available afterm...

New RZ 350 Transmissions & Parts

It has been a while since I posted here but I am inquiring about how much interest there would be in making these parts available. I have access to the manufacturing plant to have them made. With the current world situation on shipping, pricing, and production we will see what prices come out like. ...

Multi plate clutch

We are in the process of testing a 19 plate and 25 plate clutch system for the RZ engine. The main reason is we have been racing an RZ based engine in road racing for years and on the larger high horsepower engines we get a very short clutch life.
