When I ran original front ends I went with Progressive springs and valving by Lindemann Engineering.
Night and day difference.

32:1 is what I've run in every 2 stroke I've ever had.

Re: AGM Battery For RZ?
If it’s 12 volts, has enough capacity and is capable of being charged, I’d use it.

Verify redline is where you want it to be. IIRC that's why some go with the R1 cluster.

Re: A Pretty Cool CB550
I like it a lot and while I usually love spoked wheels the rear isnt doing it for me. Maybe it's the single sided swinger with spoked wheel.
No matter super cool bike.
<Whiney voice> The rear tire is too big, waste of hp. Wah.

Re: RZ Project III or is it IV?
Insignificant update #42 I was going through all the suspension hardware and realized the Suzook swinger has an offset that I did not include when setting up the shock position. The shock mount has been welded to that particular frame cross tube more than a few times so I decided to cut it off and w...

I should have 2, one Canadian (slightly longer) and an ‘84-‘85 US version.
Also have a Canadian model swingarm with adjusters if interested. I’ll look in my stuff and email you if I do.

That’s a later model shock. The f4i shock commonly used has a remote reservoir on a hose rather than attached to the shock body.

More than likely the issue with photos is the size. 250kb limit.
900 pixels tall jpg with medium compression should get you there.

Re: RZ Project III or is it IV?
Sebimoto fairing arrived a couple days ago. It arrived my front door after about 5 weeks. Bike hasn't been put together to work on yet but the fairing will get my butt in gear. Ignore the mismatch, I balanced the upper on the lower for the photo. Everything lines up well. Ordered some Dzus fasteners...

I'd be surprised if with a modified cush drive the 5.5" wheel would fit without the chain having to pass through the frame.
4.5/150 would be much easier to deal with.

When you feel like she's going to buck you off loosen your grip and ride it out. Easier said than done.
