I think it is the voltmeter, I added a ground between the battery, frame, and engine. The reading is still bouncing around a bit but I see 14v much more and I was able to find the sweet spot with the voltmeter leads and I got a steady reading, so in gonna call it fixed. The old battery was an alarm battery and it got cooked, 17vac at idle it goes up when I rev. I am going to add a ground and get back to yall. Thanks you! Yes it's my yammagamma

Charging issue
I have a weird issue with my charging system, I'm getting fluctuating readings at the battery with the bike running. It jumps all around, 3v 14v 6v 8v 14v, just constantly changing voltage. I just want to get some more seat time! It's a real joy to ride for sure, quick and nimble as you can get. It may be the best handling motorcycle I've ever ridden, add the meaty rz power and you've got a real beast. I would love to get some track time on it before I get anymore speeding tickets!

Heres my 84 yammagamma project. It has team scream porting billet manifold tm34 carbs Toomey pipes and vforce4. Jetting is p42.5 m340 p8 tube needle all the way lean. It flat out rips!
