In the middle getting the chassis into a complete roller. This may have been covered already, but I can’t seem to find it. When i went that route, the bit walked on me so it cut into the threads on the case just enough that the square extractor no longer works. It HAS to get helicoiled now (or some kind of thread repair). A bit frustrating, so thats why i need to know the screw size and pitch.

I just picked up a YZF600R front end and i have the hole front end. I would ideally like to use the stock front wheel, and i am trying to figure out the best way to deal with this. I know that the front axle of the YZF600R is 17mm. I am trying to figure out the wheel bearing size for the stock RZ350...

The first picture is probably the picture that is needed, but is a little hard to see. The gear that slides along the helical shaft, does nothing when you rotate the kick starter. if you put the slightest bit of pressure on the gear then it engages and slides up the helical shaft to engage the start...
