1982 350 mount placement?
Can anybody get me a pic of the bottom of an 81-3 rd350 underside. My bike came in 7 rubbermade containers and am having trouble figuring out where these mounts go exactly. Thanks.

Re: bastard project
I purchased the bike in 7 rubbermaid totes. An RD had always been on my bucket list of bikes and originally I had planned to Cafe it but then caught the scrambler bug. Current plan is red frame and parts accented with black motor and wheels, chrome tank from India. any of this could change tomorrow

looking for a small battery?
I am looking for the smallest battery I can put in an 82 350. Anybody know if this is too small?

Re: All Balls , bearing conv kit question.
If you run a bead around the center of the race with a mig welder, the race contracts when the weld cools and if it doesnt just pop out, it will come out with the gentlest of taps with a chisel etc.

Tank that will fit 82 rd 350??
Hi, anybody have any suggestions for what tank to use to get a long, thin look, something like a 70's or early eighties dirt bike tank. It's for an 82 rd 350

Re: newbie front suspension question
Thanks for the info. I think I would prefer spoked wheels over inverted fork. The person I purchased the bike from told me that a 2003 wr250 f swap is not to complicated- does anybody kow if this is the case?
thanks, Patrick
