I got aftermarket intake manifolds from TDR.
However Bare is correct, the bigger carbs do pose some issues. From my recollection I bent the clutch arm down a bit and filed the bottom of the float bowl drain plug on my TM34s

Re: Fuel and oil lines
Kart line is great. At $2.50 that’s pretty good
I was at a dealership yesterday and saw some motionpro line on the counter. I asked how much? $12.50/ft!!! I just about chocked and told the guy he’s f-big nuts!

Try changing web browsers. Seems you have transport layer security issues that may be due to the version of whatever it is you are using.

Re: Parts Identification
The tank is worth a couple hundred if it’s decent inside. Someone would definitely appreciate it. The forks look mainly gsxr. The ones with the gold calipers and reservoirs are 85/87 gsxr. Not worth anything. Silver USDs look like 90-94. Black ones. Not sure Most of those wheels are gsxr/sv650. 4th ...

Re: Custom Gaskets
I bought my wife one of these a few years ago. One of the big challenges is the software. Online only, slow, locks up etc. It does great work when it’s working though! Another challenge is gasket paper and proper thicknesses. I could make gaskets for my rs125 in varying thicknesses, but the cost of ...

Re: Brake caliper parts
Partzilla only seams to list the whole piston assy.. sure I do not need the piston.. Thx You can get just seal kits from yambits and a few other places in the UK. Check ebay.co.uk under rd350 ypvs The piston can be cleaned up with #0000 steel wool. Spend a lot of time cleaning out all the crud that...

Definitely sounds like fueling. About the right amount of time at idle for the bowls to drain.

Re: Cylinder base gaskets
The base gaskets do not seal any coolant.
Not really worth going down that far if there’s no signs of an air leak.
