Re: 4000 RPM surging/stumble
You're welcome. For the non believers, here's a couple of onboard videos from my EFI application. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVfL2mm6YUeK9y_49G5Li7-7h1Up3tlK8 Was this a EFI kit? Also your fairing setup looks nice? Any other pics of the bike? I hate how much my full fairing setup shakes aro...

Re: 4000 RPM surging/stumble
"A few" deg likely wont do the job. As I mentioned I run as low as 7deg in that low rpm / low tps region. MK you just gave me the last missing puzzle to my EFI bike. It had the 4-5k rpm surge. I took and punched in 7 deg. in 8-20% tps range at 3500-5000rpm in my ignition map and now the s...

Overheating issues
Last year on a ride after passing a car on the highway my temps started to rise higher than ever before. Typically, even on hot days on the highway it would be below 190 degrees. On this ride the temps went over 200 closer to 210. I noticed when I slowed down and got off the highway the temps starte...

Re: 2015 R1 Shock Install on RZ350
For the top mount it isn't recommended bore out the bushing due to the material being too thin. Has anyone used the smaller bolt, but used bushing to shim it in the stock location?

Re: Charging issue
How are you grounding from the engine to the frame? I thought about adding in a supplemental ground wire to help.

Re: Turn signal issue
I threw a multi meter on my bike. While idling it is at 13.5 volts, but rev'd up around 3-4,000 RPM it is at 13 volts.
Where are the ground locations for this motorcycle? I want to make sure they have a good ground, and maybe add a supplemental ground.

Re: Turn signal issue
I'm betting that it's a ground issue, even though you checked that once. Each bulb has a ground wire extending through the signal stalk. Take it off from the frame attachment point, buff it up, and see if that helps. This is exactly what I was thinking as well. The interesting part is both front an...

Integrated Brakelight + Turnsignals
Has anyone created an integrated tail light with turn signals built into it? I was thinking of a clear tail-light housing with a LED panel for the lights.
