Worth keeping in mind as my left turn struggles to flash, while the right seems fine. I'll check the bulb wattage after I've sorted the micro bubbles on the tank.

Use the plastic one as a template over 10mm aluminium bar. 5 minutes on the linisher and two drill holes. Surprised no one produces these instead of the 3D printed ones tbh

I had the same with my pressure test kit. First time I used it the exhaust blanking plates wouldn't seal. Torqued them up, changed the rubber seals, still no good. Had a mate machine me up some copies in aluminium, slipped the rubber back on and hey presto. Job done. The 3D printing plastic is too f...

Ive cleaned these carbs before and fitted the correct jets, but it was time to go 'balls out!'. This involves drilling out the 4.5mm brass balls that cover the air correction jets and then ultrasonically cleaning the carbs, checking the jets flow and then fitting new balls. Sight glass fitting in master cylinder

Hi, just wondering if anyone has rebuilt their master cylinder and fitted a new sight glass? I purchased a new sight glass but it's a bugger to fit with the rubber o-ring seal. I can't get the o-ring stable around the glass before I push the glass into place, nor can I balance the o-ring in the mast...

As above, I've had several shipments to Sydney but I've used a family member in the uk as a proxy rather than ask Norbo to ship direct.
