Re: Tuning 1983 Canadian 26mm carbs
if the engine doesn't have any air leaks, you can use the stock jetting. I,e 240 mains, needle 4th clip and 22.5 pilots 2 turns air scrwew. . the factory setting is a little on the rich side to be reliable in most enviroments. the bike should run fine with stock jets. if your concerned go up to a 25...

Carbs have been of a few times to play with float heights. Had a problem with water leaking into the transmission. First i change...

Re: power valve servo noisy /squealing
Thanks for the reply gents. The servo in question was on my daily ride and started squealing (high pitch), i would hear it whilst riding between 6-8k rpm when it would be adjusting. I changed with a spare i had and it went back to normal, nice noise. I have since pulled that servo apart and greased ...

power valve servo noisy /squealing
the power valve servo i have for rz350 is noisy/ squealing. i pulled the cover of the gears and applied a light grease to the cogs. I have since bought another used servo and it is the same (squealing) Is it worn out or is there a known fix??
The servo on my other rz is quite.

Re: Aussie 83 rz350 restoration
G'day. I've been toiling away on the rz. If i was on an hourly rate i'd be getting overtime. Every part, bolt, bracket needs a clean or a full strip down to be degreased, sanded, masked then painted and thats only if i can find it. Correct bolts and screws are the vain of my existence. Then there's ...

rz350 83-83 wiring loom routing.
G'day. today i a ran the wiring loom on a frame up rebuild. I found the tightest cable was the earth wire under the rear of coil. That connection served as the centering point to laying out the rest of the loom. I have most things on the frame connected up but it's not as tidy as i would like it. Ca...
