Re: 83 RZ350 hybrid

Check if your kickstart hits the Tarozzi rearset peg when kicked. some people have had issues. There is a fix.
Where in Ontario are you? Looks like farm country. Is that an El Camino? My father had a few. I have a 70 Nova.

Endless possibilities there.
I vote for hybrid. I have collected most parts to build a hybrid too.
Choosing and chasing the right parts is the most fun part of the build.
Hop on the LC Crazy forum for hybrid ideas.

I kind of like it. Lol.
Any pictures of the swingarm / axle setup?
Just add studs to the tires and take it out on a frozen lake.

Re: RD350LC Rough Running After Rebuild

Yes when you ditch the airbox and go to pods you have to increase the jet size.
Then lots of testing to get it right.

Re: RD350LC Rough Running After Rebuild

Fuel filters restrict flow and trap air in the lines.
What part number are the carbs. Printed on the side.
What needle and immulsion tube combo are you using?
Could the needles be corroded or bent?

Re: RD350LC Rough Running After Rebuild

Ditto on the hose that goes between the two carbs? Choke hose.
And do i see a fuel filter on there? Those are trouble.
Double check air pathways in the carbs are clear with compressed air.
Check petcock is clear and knob is working correctly.
