So it turns out that McMaster is not currently shipping to Canada. The good news is that you can get 3/8 EPDM black rubber hosing / tubing at TSC Stores in Canada. About $5 a foot. J

Hi, The plastic throttle cable adjuster near the throttle snapped a piece off where it meets the throttle cable. As a result, the cable won't stay in the adjuster. My rear brake reservoir hose is toast and the OEM ones are NLA. Does anyone have an alternate part number I can use to get a replacement, either from yamaha or another manufacturer?

WooHoo... got it. Picked-up one of the magnetic tools. It JUST fit between the crank journals but boy did the magnet ever want to stay stuck to the crank! I bent the expandable shaft in the process.

Hi All,

While rebuilding my engine today I accidentally dropped the piston pin circlip into the crankcase. Just wondering what my options are? Can it stay there, I REALLY do not want to have to split the cases to get it out if I don't have to.

I'm also looking for a radiator. Prices on ebay are anywhere from $67 to $150. Could someone whose purchased one and is happy with the fitment / results post who they purchased it from?

Does anyone know if this set-up will work with a VJ23 swingarm? I'm concerned with the reservoir tank hitting the swingarm given there is much more bulk around the axle bolt with the VJ23 than with the stock swingarm.

I just got my new Yamaha water pump bearing and noticed that there was a plastic seal on one side (the one I took out had no such seal). Just wondering if I should remove the seal .... and if not, which direction does it face (towards the engine or the impeller?)
